This article explains how to enable customer product rating only. This means that only user who bought the product can leave a comment.

  • From the admin panel, navigate to [any Joobi eCommerce] >> Catalog >> Preferences
  • From the preferences page, go to Item Tab
  • Under Miscellaneous section, select Only Customers Reviews to Yes
  • Click save once you are done
