Ticket types allows you to organiza different type if issues.
Name: The name of the type which is shown to the userAlias: The alias is only shown to the Support ManagerIdentifier: This is used to identify the ticket type and it needs to be unique. If you leave the field empty, the system automatically generate the values.Description: Write the description of the type.Type: The type of ticket you want to create. At the moment only Ticket type is applicable.
